1. Introduction

Monfit ("the Controller") processes your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679).

Browsing is free and does not require personal data. For data processed by third parties (e.g. Google Maps), please refer to their policies.

2. Types of data processed

2.1 Navigation data (server logs)

The computer systems used to operate the site acquire, during normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP address, time of request).

This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistics on site usage and is deleted after 7 days.

2.3 Third-party content

Google Maps (Street View)

Some articles include Google Maps Street View embeds. The iframe is loaded only after your explicit consent (initial banner or "Accept now" button on the individual embed).

OpenStreetMap (OSM)

We use OpenStreetMap via Leaflet to display routes and points of interest. The OpenStreetMap Foundation (via the tile server) temporarily collects the user's IP address to serve map tiles.

2.4 Anonymous statistics (GoatCounter)

We use GoatCounter, an open source privacy-oriented analytics tool, to collect anonymous visit statistics (page views, browser, country, screen size). Data is aggregated and does not allow personal identification. No cookies or unique identifiers are used.

Data collected: page path, referrer, browser type, screen size, country (from anonymized IP).

3. Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a global CDN platform. Cloudflare acts as a data processor and may collect IP address and browsing data for security and performance purposes.
